What shall i do when the Malaysia RHB atm denied the excess balance and refused to refund my claim?

Already 45 days the RHB Malaysia ATM old machines swallowed my cash due to late pulling out the cash money from the tight small dispenser. Both banks have been notified, but the RHB denied any excess balance and refused to refund it. Where do i appealed this matter?. I suggest RHB stop using this old corroded atm machine. This is a day light robbery.
