What is the best way to meet one of the Apollo astronauts?

I would really like to shake Neil Armstrong's hand or any of those heroes who have been forgotten in modern times.
Is there any way to meet them? I live in London, perhaps during astronautical conferences or something like that? Where can I get some more info?
