Can anyone please tell me how to tell the difference between real MAC eyeshadow pigments and fake ones?

Can someone please tell me how to tell the difference between real MAC eyeshadow pigments and fake ones? Are there signs in the packaging...? I recently brought some from ebay and I am not sure if they are genuine and authentic. Thanks

What is a VPN?
