How do I contact apple about something I have bought and not recieved?

I am really angry at Apple because last night I purchased a film which was most of my credit. Then
1. It doesn't say i've purchased it
2. It's not in my Library
3. The money has been taken off my credit balance
Does anyone know how I can get it back by contacting Apple (UK)?
